ANR:
CASE PB2007-04 – Turner Children Nominee Trust, Michael Turner, Trustee, 385 Governor Prence Road, Eastham, Map 18 Parcels 324.
The plan met all the requirements for an approval not required.
A motion was made by Mike Cole and seconded by Debbie Abbott to endorse PB2007-04.
All in favor: (5) Sandler, Cole, Nightingale, McDonald, Abbott and Salomone (Alternate sitting).
Motion carried.
ANR:
CASE PB2007-05 – Edward Larson, 285 N. Sunken Meadow Road, Eastham , Map 5 Parcels 367 A and 368.
The plan met all the requirements for an approval not required.
A motion was made by Debbie Abbott and seconded by Mike Cole to endorse PB2007-04.
All in favor: (5) Sandler, Cole, Nightingale, McDonald, Abbott and Salomone (Alternate sitting).
Motion carried.
A motion was made by Mike Cole and seconded by Debbie Abbott to adjourn the meeting at 2:15 p.m.
All in favor: Unanimous
